A large-scale refurbishment of an existing luxury property in Surrey included the entire exterior and interior façade, plus the basement areas and the existing underground car park.
The existing slab did not have a functioning vapour barrier and slab thickness levels could not be altered due to the car lift.
Several water bearing cracks were treated with Koster 2 IN 1 before being structurally repaired with Koster LF-BM and sand.
The area was then short blasted to CSP 3-4 and Koster VAP 2000 FS was installed.
LF-VL was then applied to provide a hard wearing, seamless finish.
